Asbestos 16-Hour Operations & Maintenance Program


This 16-hour course is individually designed to meet the needs of a facility's maintenance staff as they engage in routine facility maintenance that may require incidental disturbance of asbestos containing material. This course meets the requirements for accomplishing Class III and Class IV asbestos related work. Training is accomplished through lectures, use of audiovisual aids, class discussion, and hands-on experience.  Additional Topics Include:

Asbestos Operations & Maintenance Program Refresher


This 8-hour course is required yearly to maintain certification for Operation & Maintenance certification. The course is a review of important concepts presented in the initial Operations and Maintenance Course. In addition, regulatory changes that have occurred or proposed changes currently before the state legislature or congress are addressed. State of the Art work practices are also discussed throughout the day. Training is accomplished through lectures, use of audiovisual aids, and class discussion.
